Great staff and services!
Had initial treatment (termites) 2 years ago and renewal inspection each year since. They had a fast response time and best prices when we called around. The company is great about calling and/or messaging reminders for upcoming inspection (helpful, since it’s been a year). They also put notes on the account for the techs about calling before arrival (so I can put my dogs up). The tech, Alejandro, was great! He called about 20-30 minutes before arrival. He was very polite, courteous, professional, did a thorough job inspecting under and around the house, and answered my questions.
Would definitely recommend their services.
Danny is a wonderful person and a true professional. Always on schedule and looking to make sure we are satisfied customers. He goes above and beyond to represent your company in the most positive ways! He is much appreciated!
Troy was really great and thorough in checking inside and outside the home. He made pictures of problem areas to discuss with me. Very personable and did a great job for us.
I’m not exactly sure what was done today. Jacob was very friendly & polite. He did not come inside this time, and I did not know when he was finished or left. It was pretty quick. I had hoped he would come inside, but maybe next time.
Kevin was very friendly and also quick. He was patient as I wrangled the dog from in to out to back inside. He also inquired about any specific concerns or problems I was experiencing that he could address during the treatment. I appreciated the offensive approach to any problem spots. Very pleased.
