Perfection Pest Control is the GOAT. We started working with them a few years ago when we had house ants everywhere. My husband and I thought we could handle it on our own, but we couldn’t so we called Perfection on a Sunday and they immediately went into action. I got a call that day from someone asking questions and setting up an appointment. They came out and treated our home. We signed up for quarterly service and we’ve been on it ever since. Our technician has always been communicative and amazing. He is so nice to our kiddo, and our pets — just a nice guy.
Recently, we got a bird in our wall. We thought it was in our HVAC. So I called them at like 6:00 pm and left a voicemail, explaining the situation. They called me back within the hour and connected me with their wildlife person. He came out the next morning, did his thing, and got the bird out.
I cannot say enough good things about this company.
After a home inspection showed signs of termites, I asked Perfection Pest Control for my own inspection and cost estimate for treatment. Quick response and great communication. The best part is they did the FREE inspection and informed me that there were no signs of termites and recommended no treatment at the moment, saving me a substantial amount of money. Honesty can sometimes be hard to find these days in favor of making a few bucks. Will definitely be my go to from now on.
Victor has been doing regular service at our house now for several years and he does an excellent job. He always calls ahead of time and if we are not home, sends us a message afterwards. He takes imitative and takes care of problems we never thought to ask to have looked at. We are very pleased with the service and pricing is excellent for all the hard work they do.
I have to say that I’ve been extremely pleased with the service I’ve received from Perfection. I used them not only for my own home, but also for my mother’s after she passed and we were getting ready to sell. Denny is an exceptional, knowledgeable, professional, and kind technician. Their prices are reasonable, and I have no problem recommending Perfection to anyone.
