Killers has been great to work with over the years. They’re always on time, or else very communicative on any schedule changes. Their technicians are open about their treatment options and processes. We’ve been happy with their services and will definitely be using them again.
As always, the service was exceptional. Over the years prior to using KILLERS OF SALEM, we tried multible companies and never found one that worked I know this has to do with product and process, but I really believe a lot has to do with the fact that we always have the same tech. He has gotten to know our house, my family (kids love him), and our pets. This does a few things. It makes the treatment process go faster, and makes me comfortable having him service my house with my wife and kids home a lone. It may seem small to always have the same tech, but to us it means the world. It completes the process of “worry free service”.
This is a great company! I have used them for years. Every once in a while a few ants still trying to get in after a spraying and The Killers come right back out and spray again. That seems to get rid of them for good. Love this company Plan to keep them for life. They are reliable, safe products to my little pets, and always friendly and fast.
The technicians were professional, respectful and did a great job! This was a follow up appointment and we haven’t had any problem with ants since they came out 6 weeks ago! So happy to have the ants gone! I would definitely recommend Killer Pest Control!
