We have used A&A Pest for over 5 years across multiple properties, everything from our home to a small cabin court motel to a seafood processing facility. We reliably get the same amazing technician, Jed! He knows our properties and is the absolute best when it comes to communicating both in advance of our service dates and filling us in after the service on what he encountered and what we should watch for. We have used this company over the past 5 years for our pest control. We have had an amazing experience. We mainly work with Jed, and he is GREAT! He reminds us of our apt before hand, and recaps after. Sweeps for spider webs, sprays for ants and spiders, and touches base with us when he is done. He lets us know what he’s seen, and gives guidance on how to move forward. He is mindful of our dog and chickens. Even moves the dog bowl to prevent spray getting in our dogs water and always latches the gates behind him. We appreciate this company and the peace of mind they give our family.
I have used A&A for years. You couldn’t ask for better service and customer communication. Jed is always on top of his game! Both Jed and Ty provide the best service possible and have excellent results! You won’t find nicer people to deal with! They come highly recommended from me! It can be a very challenging job and you will never hear a complaint from either of them! I didn’t just get a great company to help me with these issues, I got some great friends!
