Keith was very nice to work with. He was careful, very thorough and gave very detailed information about our situation. In our case, the best solution required that we had some work to deal with before he could, appropriately, finished his work. We did that and he finished things very well. Highly recommended.

Keith was able to squeeze us in the day we called understanding it was a bit of an emergency! We had a raccoon in our crawl space, nightmare! We spotted it right away and so with the added quick turnaround Keith was able to provide the raccoon didn’t have time to make a nest thank goodness! He laid out an exit only door on the hole we found, providing the raccoon a way out but not back in. Less stress for the animal and all of us rather than catching it. Raccoon seems to have moved on. Keith repaired the hole and checked it was in fact the only one! All and all we are very grateful for his professional and quick turn around!
We called keith to help us with some pest issues in a newly purchased home that had laid vacant for a number of years. We had some rat issues, a hornets nest in the attic, and various other bugs who had made themselves comfortable. Keith was wonderful to work with! Super quick and easy communication, great service. We plan to continue having him come do routine pest control at our house. Highly recommend!
We’ve been working with Keith since last summer after purchasing a new house with some pest problems. We’ve got a major carpenter ant infestation but also a yard full of edible plants and pollinators, and I think Pest & Pollinator was the perfect company to work with to find a minimal-impact treatment plan that would preserve both our yard’s ecosystem and our buildings. Keith has been fast, responsive, and generally just a great person to work with.
Had Keith over for a consultation about some bold raccoons that have been hanging in our yard a little too close for comfort. He was responsive when I reached out and able to schedule within about a week which was great. We went over options and ultimately decided that the main strategies were things I could do on my own, I appreciated that he wasn’t trying to sell me on things he did not believe would ultimately be worth my money. We didn’t contract any work this time around but I will certainly call Pest & Pollinator if I have any other pest issues arise!
