The lady I spoke to on the phone for scheduling was very nice and helpful, she was great. But as far as the service goes, I left work early to meet the estimator and nobody ever showed up. Didn’t even get a call, text or email, just left me high and dry. Very disappointing.
My service by David is excellent. He does a terrific job and is very knowledgeable about pests in and around my home. He explains what I can do to prevent pests and why. He also let’s me know when he is due to be here for my pest service which I really appreciate!
Strange company. The first technician they hired did a fantastic job. Very personable. Did a great job. The second technician took pictures of my house without doing the work twice and charged me. Called support. They claimed this happens every once in awhile.
My advice, go with a different service OR be aggressive about making sure their technicians show up to do the work. Sadly, these guys aren’t dependable.
Western Exterminator has been servicing our home and yard over the past 2 years. They’re service, reliability and professionalism are refreshing in this day and age! No issues with pests at our place!
Gary Williams has been servicibg our property for over a year and has done an excellent job. He is very thorough and considerate both with works on the exterior and interior of the house. We have ALOT of glue traps and he is always patient in checking and replacing them. He also offers practical advice for prwventibg peat i gress into our home
