Eric has been working to take care of our rat problem. He came today to secure the vents under the house with new screening. He is always prompt and communicates his expected time frame. He’s professional, polite, and personable!

Purcor has been a great. They come on time and give reminders of upcoming appointments and best of all, have eliminated our pest issues. Our most recent technician, Eric, was great, he text me the night before to give me a 15 minute window and then arrived well within that window.
First when we called this morning we were very pleased to be able to get an appointment this afternoon. Our technician Misael was very personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and why. He also clearly explained what to expect once the treatment was applied and what to do and not do to get the best results for the applications.
Purcor is professional, reliable and their services work. Their team member Michael is a good communicator and I trust him to take care of my home.
