Valor, unbelievably, coerced my wife into believing we had an infestation after finding a single specimen (vole?) and then locked us into a year long service contract. They ignored my request to remove exterior traps and won’t release us from this contract. My advice if you reach out to them; get a second opinion at the very least. In our situation, they clearly took advantage of an emotional situation for their financial gain.
Great techs who listens to our requests. Been getting a lot of door knocks for similar services but Valor has been good to us and the products have been helpful. Ricky was the last tech that came out to our house and he did a fine job.
I recently moved into a new house and was worried about potential pest problems. I contacted Valor Pest Control and was fortunate to have Ricky assigned for my initial treatment. He was fantastic! Ricky took the time to thoroughly inspect the property and explain his findings in a an understandable way. I highly recommend Ricky and Valor Pest Control. They are professional, knowledgeable, and provide excellent service.
First off, the process for getting a quote and getting someone scheduled was very easy. I was able to chat with the team over text (which is great with my busy schedule). Secondly, Kyle was my technician for my initial service and he was absolutely awesome!! Friendly, answered all my questions, very professional and polite. Job was done with very minimal disruption to my day!

Called about wasp nest removal. Called two places prior which didn’t answer, so they got my business because they did answer. Person on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. They sent someone out the same day which I wasn’t expecting but was a bonus. I was even more impressed when Marcus showed up. I was on a meeting, so he quickly introduced himself. I stepped out after my meeting and he was very friendly and answered all of my questions and explained what he completed and had left to do. Very impressive customer service!
