This is the second time we’ve used Done Right Pest Solutions. Both times they got us unto the schedule quickly and dealt with our problem promptly and thoroughly. We’ve been very happy with them. This time it was Bryan that came out to deal with our mice issue. This guy knows mice! He went all around and through the house determined to find our entry point and we really think he did. He was incredibly determined! There was a small misunderstanding about what service I ordered, but it was dealt with easily, kindly and professionally. And cost was extremely reasonable. Thanks Done Right!
Jason was our technician and did an excellent job. He took the time to explain how everything works, which I really appreciated. We recently switched from a company that was all about sales, and I’m so glad we made the move to Done Right. The difference in service is clear.
Chev at Done Right Pest Solutions has taken care of my hornet and ant problems over the last few years. He goes above and beyond providing great service checking all points where they may nest within close proximity of my house as well as nearby trees for carpenter ants. I would highly recommend this company as they aim to really provide and maintain customer satisfaction.
Bryan and Megan were great to work with! I wasn’t sure which plan to go with and they were both super knowledgeable and helped me to figure out. Brian was very thorough with treatment. I noticed a big difference in the gnats around the outside of the house the day after treatment. Definitely works! Would recommend Done Right Pest Control for their excellent customer service and effective treatments.
There was a minor issue with the technician not knowing that the property has three units that needed service. However, with a quick call to Kelly, everything was taken care of. Done Right did a great job.
