I have used Arrow multiple times. They do a great job. Ken was very knowledgeable and personable. He showed up on time and did a thorough job each time he has been out to my properties. I would highly recommend Arrow to anyone looking for a Pest Control company in the Twin Cities and I will certainly use them again in the future.
Dennis was excellent. I called him with no notice one morning, and despite him being already very busy that day with other customers, he managed to squeeze us in at the end of the day. To come over to take care of our wasp problem when I was out of town, and my wife had wasps coming into our bedroom. Very much appreciated the willingness to take care of us when it would have been easy to respond that he was already booked for the day. One visit and the wasps haven’t been back. Great job.
Dennis was great! He was able to help me out the next day. I came a little late to the site, but he was already outside looking into the issue. Very flexible. I told him where we saw mice, but he knew where the actual mice were. He set traps for us, and this morning we already caught a few.
Best for Mice in the Twin Cities- Quick, professional, efficient, and inexpensive! I had mice re-entering my basement every summer and fall for the past 2 years. Each time I would put out traps and/or poison but they always came back. When I finally called Arrow, they came out next day, quickly found where the mice were entering (in a 1in gap under a bay window), sealed it up, and finished in about an hour. Said that if the mice come back again, they will come out for FREE. These were the only guys who actually want to get rid of your mice, not take advantage of ongoing fees. They were awesome.
I’ve owned a number of houses and had my fair share of experiences with different pest control companies. Arrow is by far the most thorough and knowledgeable of anyone out there! They came out after another company failed to solve my mouse issue. Immediately identified the entry points (that had been missed) and took care of the issue for good. Added bonus is that they are super reasonably priced! I won’t ever use anyone else again!
