I needed service and dialed into the main Plunkett’s line, who told me that Chad would most likely not get out until the following Monday (it was Friday making the call). Chad called me personally about 2 mins after my call and told me he’d be there same day. He asked what I was dealing with and when I sent him a picture he explained to me that though it was something different than I had hoped for, that he would take care of it no problem. He assured me going forward that if I ever needed anything done, to reach out to him directly.
THIS is the type of service that anyone could ask for. Chad came in, got the service done and truly made me confident that I had nothing to worry about. I’ve been working with Plunkett’s for years and I wouldn’t go with anyone else. I look forward to working with Chad in the future.
