Daniel did an outstanding job servicing our home today! He was incredibly thorough, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He started with a detailed liquid foundation treatment around the entire exterior of our house, focusing on all the key spots pests like to hide—entry points, eaves, light fixtures, downspouts, and landscaping. It’s great knowing we now have a solid 90-day barrier of protection in place.
He went the extra mile by removing all exterior spider webs, paying special attention to the eaves and windows, and even treated those areas with a dust insecticide for longer-lasting spider and wasp control. Our home not only feels more protected but looks cleaner too.
Daniel also inspected and refilled all our rodent bait stations (thankfully, low activity!) and performed a final inspection to ensure nothing was missed. He was meticulous from start to finish, and I really appreciated how he explained everything clearly, including what to expect in the coming weeks.
It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to delivering 5-star service, and Daniel absolutely earned it today. Highly recommend him and Rove for anyone looking for top-tier pest control!
Daniel did an exceptional job. The service he provided exceptional. He is very friendly, thoroughly examined and treated all areas inside and outside of our house and garage. Once completed he sent a detailed text explaining all areas treated, noted areas he plugged up holes and commented on a structural areas bugs or squirrel/rodents could access. Also, he included photos of everything. We were very impressed and pleased with the service and have been seeing the results (dead box elder bugs!) 🙂
Daniel was exceptionally responsive and thorough, treating not only our home and perimeter, but also treated our shed and playhouse as well. He sent pics of all the key things he did with detailed comments. This was very helpful to understand exactly what had been treated.
