My onsite Orkin representative is Johann and we are very pleased to be working with him. We (like many in the area) have had a few unwanted visitors stemming from our extreme winter. Johann is courteous, knowledgeable and professional on each visit. He gives a thorough overview of what he’s done and encourages us to seek clarification if something is unclear. Although I wish I didn’t need the service, I sleep better knowing it’s being handled.
I had a great experience with the Orkin team from start to finish. The team was very communicative and professional. Special thanks to Justin who came out to inspect and treat our home, he was prompt, efficient, and friendly. I look forward to working with them in the future!
Tech was 1 1/2 hours late, he called to say he was running late, and was here for 5 minutes and only laid sticky traps in my basement. He said the spray was not safe for children and pets when the lady who signed me up told me on the phone it was safe. He said if the traps don’t work I can call him back and he will spray. I don’t think he felt well, but this service was not worth the $319.05. He only laid 5 sticky traps in the basement.
We’ve used Orkin for the past 3-4 years to keep small ants under control. Their technicians are a pleasure to deal with: efficient, effective and friendly. And Orkin stands behind its service, coming back for additional treatments between scheduled service if needed.
