Angelo Paulovske was here on Friday, May 2, 2025. This technician was on time, very courteous & professional. Angelo put on shoe covers before entering our home and was thorough in his inspection. We had a very recent pest issue and Fox Pest Control was quick to schedule an appointment. I am very pleased with the service Angelo & Fox provided. In the past we had an issue with a different technician and almost cancelled our service- but happily Angelo made up for any past issues. I would welcome Angelo back to our home any time, he certainly is an asset to your company!
Isaiah Sewer came to provide two Fox services to my business. He was very professional and really listened to my concerns. He empathized AND helped find a solution for one of my concerns. He was thorough and communicated well. I would love to have him come back as my regular technician!
Garrett did a wonderful job at our home. We had an informative conversation and he explained the process. He was very personable and nice to deal with.
We have had Alyssa for past three services, and we noticed a big improvement of the quality of service as compared to your previous technicians. She successfully sealed our basement and now it is almost rodent free. She made a good advice to seal the garage door gaps by a metal plate which we purchased. She installed them for us at her subsequent visit.

Angelo gave my mom and I outstanding customer service ! He reassured us everything would be alright . He went out of his way to move my couch out because I was scared about the rat .
