Called Advanced Pest Control because we had some small black bugs making their way inside our house which was becoming a problem.
Instead of coming out and charging a diagnostic fee like most other companies, they asked me to send them a few pictures.
In a few hours they were able to tell me exactly what type of pest it was and gave me a few steps to try at home. They said if bugs don’t go away in a few weeks after I follow their steps, they told me to call them back and they will come out for service.
That is how you do business!

Have been phenomenal the last 2 years of working with them. I bought a house that was vacant for a while, had them treat for multiple pests including termites. They gave us a 5 year gaurntee on the termite work they did for the house and encouraged me to call again if anything else came up. I called yesterday after finding termites in a sick tree. They came out next day and let me know what they though the best actions were, at no charge! I don’t write a lot of google reviews but this company deserves it. They honor their guarantees and really are looking out for their customers, not just trying to make a quick buck. I would strongly recommend their services.
