I spoke with Brian at Lawn Doctor and specifically asked on sending someone to consult first. No consultation was provided. I had a lot of yard work in progress and didn’t want any treatment done till i was ready and no pesticides sprayed as well etc.
There was a repeat mention of 6-8 stages and we spoke a few times on the process. I never signed anything or agreed on getting a service. I had mentioned to them that I will look into it in the future.
Instead after a few weeks on a Monday my security camera picked a person on a machine roaming around my compound.
We never discussed who, when, and where and my yard was graced without my permission.
It seems like kids running family business and pushing services to end customer without head or tail.
In writing I was told that 1st treatment entails lime treatment only. Instead pesticides were used without advising me during the introductory call.
I found that out after taking a picture of the sign.
No care was given that there may be vegetables or fruits growing on the compound.
Personally, I would stay away from any of these kids driven businesses. And overall, the bill sent to me included multiple other things that were sprayed.
I am left with a very bad taste with these lawn care companies who show utter disrespect to the owner’s will and proceed with their own agendas to push services impacting health and well being.
Noel as been amazing and knowledgeable and helpful with my lawn ,. He’s been with me for a few years giving me good advice. very pleasant and very sweet thank you Lawn Doctor for sending such a reliable, helpful person.
