We’ve been using Terminix for a couple of years now. Great service, love having the same technician every time. He’s very nice and always asks me if anything needs attention or if I have any concerns before he starts. The only thing I don’t like is how the price increases a little each year.
Technician Jarred is outstanding. He consistently confirms appointments in advance and does his best to accommodate last-minute requests. He is always punctual and effectively helps me resolve any issues. His excellent service is the reason I have been a loyal customer of Terminix for several years.
Both the inspector and service techs were very knowledgeable and professional. Scheduling became a little messy due to some communication issues. The service tech quickly resolved any scheduling issues for future appts. They were friendly, quick and thorough.
CT Moving and Storage would like to Thank Terminix for their great service. A special shout out to Thomas, what a guy. He pays special attentional and is always on top of it all. Always come’s in office to explain and let us know what he did. He is great and you can tell he loves his job.
