Contacted Catseye regarding a rodent problem at my parents home. The staff has been very professional and accommodating to our schedule. Communication has been SUPERB with both the technicians and office staff. We are very very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend.
We’ve been having a great experience with Cat’s Eye. Every person we have dealt with has been knowledgeable, professional and given us guidance on getting and keeping the flying squirrels, bats and mice out of the house. Jake did a complete assessment inside and outside the house (including identifying the flying squirrel that ran in front of us while he was with us in the attic). The team who did the exclusion service went over everything with us and pointed out entryways and nests they found during installation. There is no change in the outward appearance of the house. Cody has been wonderful to work with on extermination. He is always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explains everything he does and answers all our questions.
My initial experience was great – they came out and put down boxes & traps. I was told that they didn’t bait the traps so that the rodents would feel comfortable around them & they would come back in a week to bait them. It’s been 2 weeks – no call. I called & was told that I must wait for a call back. I was hoping that a return visit appointment would have been made as promised but it hasn’t. This is not an inexpensive addition to our monthly budget & I am very disappointed.
What a wonderful technician. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. I’m very happy that he services my house. So are my 2 Golden Retrievers. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend Catseye!!!!!
Catseye is very knowledgeable and thorough from the initial conversation through the inspection and analysis, and implementation of their pest elimination process. Everyone we worked with and met was polite and respectful as they completed their jobs, always explaining what they were doing along the way. We are very satisfied with our results. No more mice in the house!
