I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Terminix that I had to share. Josh, our tech, has been incredibly helpful in resolving several rodent and insect issues around our home.
He’s professional, quick to respond, and gets things done fast. He explains everything clearly and follows up to make sure everything’s under control.
Mr. Matthew is phenomenal! He’s a very professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly Terminix Technician! Mr. Matthew made sure that I understood everything that he was doing and went above and beyond to solve my issues. He actually found things that others completely missed or had no knowledge of! Give this man a promotion because Mr. Matthew is truly a gem! : )
