We replaced our termite bait stations from another company to J&J. The other company was just to shady and a rather large, will known company. The 2 guys that came out from J&J were completely professional, personable and just a pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for termite control, I highly recommend J&J. Hoping the professionalism continues throughout our dealings with them.
Professional personnel, very knowledgeable, explained diagnoses as it related to my problem. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Loved the fact they call when in route and sent reminder emails
They start billing 90 days before payment is due. At 60 days bills are marked second notice. Then still at 60 days before payment is due start calling during dinner.
When had termites called they said I didn’t and only old damage. Had to send videos of active termites to regional office to get better response.
$ This was my first time calling J&J. Greg Ferro is the Kenner rep and came out the next day. He was very good at explaining the services and what we could expect.
While the money seems high, it is definitely worth saving thousand of $ is potential termite damage. Thanks Mr Greg for being so patient with my questions. I highly recommend Greg & J&J!
