Damien and Willie were very professional and prompt! They arrived 15 min before their appointment and was very nice and courteous. It only took them about 20 min to do my whole house inside and out and was very detailed in explaining their processes! I’m very excited to have had them come and service our home. The decision to ask Pest Medics to come out to inspect and handle our challenges with termites was the best decision ever. Their customer centric, professional and thorough approach to explaining the pros, cons and processes of the treatment, made the decision to proceed very easy. The price point was fair and reasonable. Damien & Willie arrived on time, answered all of our questions and with smiles on their faces. Needless to say, 5 stars — highly recommend!!!
Thank you Pest Medic Solutions! We’ve had Pest Medic Solutions service our home for a little over 6 months. In that time, we have not had any issues with water bugs. We had a slight increase with all of the rain. Willie came over on a holiday weekend and fixed the problem. Now that’s FANTASTIC customer service!
