I recently was with a different exterminating company, but when I messaged my technician asking when my next appointment was, he literally left me on “Read” and never responded. When I called to cancel with that company, I spoke to 3 different representatives that never inquired as to why I was leaving, which made me think they didn’t care. After that experience, I started asking around for references, and I kept hearing great things about Fox, so I called them. Right away, Seth came to my house, and did a wonderful job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I know I made the right choice with Fox, and I highly recommend them.
