So happy I called Cajun Bug Exterminating! Kimi was amazingly friendly and helpful when I called inquiring about their service. She connected me with a tech right away who was able to come to our house the next day. Terry very thoroughly explained the service to us and walked us through everything he did. I appreciate knowing what’s being applied in and around my home. He seemed to genuinely care about helping us and making sure we were taken care of. I also was surprised at how affordable it was for everything they provided.

THE BEST..if i could give them 20 stars i would. Troy and Mr. Jeff made me smile again. We had a horrible issue in our new home and i went thru days of anxiety and no sleeping. I highly recommend Cajun Bug. I had services for exterior and interior pest control. Rob explained everything that was done in and outside the home very well. He removed spider webs, wasp nests, and took care of the any piles. I’ve never received such great service the way Cajun Bug has displayed. I highly recommend using them for your extermination services.
I used another national exterminating company for over 20 years at my home and never received the level of service that Jeff and his team at Cajun Bug provide. They performed my first routine home treatment, termite treatment and most recently completed TAP insulation in my attic. The entire team is professional and they always go above and beyond to provide the best protection for my home. It is refreshing to receive this level of customer service!!
