As a new customer, I was really impressed with the quality of work my Trugreen tech, Robert Flores provided. He provided me a courtesy call letting me know he will be on his way. He answered all my questions about maintenance and upkeep of my new sod grass. I really appreciate his professionalism, knowledge and sparkling personality. I also wanted to give special thanks to Abby for setting up my new services and guiding me along the way on upcoming services. I am really happy with the service so far and looking forward to see how my lawn will look after treatments.
Steven arrived to let me know he was here. He explained the service he would performing. I was asked if I had any questions. He answered my questions with knowledgeable answers. His demeanor was very soothing and the love of his shop was very evident. I observed his work ethic and it was thorough and completed with efficiency. All around pleased with Steven.
I have used the service for the last few years but this year they missed the boat. My yard looks terrible. Brown spots, weeds and other concerns. Yard looks worse than neighbors and they spray nothing. Waste of money this year. Shame
Jeffery was very thorough treating my property for mosquito prevention today. This service makes our outdoor time so much more enjoyable. Prior to starting Trugreen’s Mosquito service we were heavily inundated with mosquitos due to swampy fields across the street. Now we rarely have one pester us when outside. Communication with TruGreen regarding appointments and billing has always been smooth.
These guys have done a great job on our lawn. Last year we lost a good bit of grass due to the intense heat and lack of rain. We are a few months in to their service and the grass is looking really good. Well worth the investment!
