From the initial inspection to the final product. Can’t say enough great things. I used a local company and due to poor customer service and them cutting corners, chose Orkin. These guys made me realize how poor my house was protected previously with the additional (Orkin standard) protections. I don’t understand what they do. I suppose to have someone come out every week and every other week. They missed this week and cannot ever come out when I’m home they don’t work with your schedule at all. The manager said he was going to come out on a Monday and another no show will be using a different company after this month.
