The guarentee is NOT true-… The 12 inches of fire redartant insulation was a JOKE… 5 inches is what i have above my living room. They did not put up mesh netting above my central air unit so now i have insulation falling all over the top of my unit. Which is a fire hazzard!!!!! By the way this stuff IS flammable, it lite up in a flash when struck with a lighter in front of 1 of there reps.. They want to install a camera in my attic instead of giving me money back.. this has been going on for a year & half. DO NOT TRUST this company…

Service was great. The inspector introduced himself, began inspecting the property, asked me if we noticed less or more activity of pest in the home, Less of course. Advised me to call if we notice any swarms in the area of the house especially between February -March notify them. Very professional and courteous. Thank you Mr.Mike.
