Had my pest control done by them last month when I bought my house, and they did a wonderful job! The current owner Mr. Paul has done a great job with the company!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! My father in law called because we were having a flea problem and we could not afford to treat it. We just moved to Louisiana so I’ve never had to deal with such a pest problem. My father in law was supposed to meet the guy at my house around 12 so he could watch and make sure everything is done properly. The guy showed up at 10, (we did not confirm that time) and he was here for 5 minutes, (I watched him spray the whole time). Over a month goes by and we have not seen a difference in the fleas. I gave him a call to let him know that, and he said because it’s been over 30 days we can’t get him to come back and correct the service for free. The flea spraying is supposed to work after 21 days and he said I had to call by 30 days (which he never told me)! He also began to lie and say he did the whole yard. Since I watched him the whole time, and our yard is huge, I told him he did not do the back yard, side yard, or along the fence. I saw him do a little of our front yard and around the perimeters of the house. He then began to tell me because we never paid for the inside to be sprayed and that the fleas are back outside. That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard, this guy is a crook. The spray was supposed to continue to kill the fleas for 8 months or more after and we already fixed our inside problem at the time. SAVE YOUR MONEY! HE’S A LIAR AND WILL NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEMS. If you do pick this place I recommend that you record him. I still cannot believe he will not make it right. I would give him 0 stars if I could.
