He also makes sure I am aware of him coming for my appointment by texting first as well as informing me when he is enroute to my home. He is very knowledgeable of the job and very respectful. He asks if I have encountered any issues before performing the services and if he is able to enter all rooms in my home before entering any of them. He informs me of everything he is doing and when my service is complete. I would recommend him as an exterminating technician to anyone who is in need.
