These guys are the great! What I appreciated the most, was that they took the time to explain everything to us. They explained the situation, the solution, and the step by step process for their handling of our mice issue. We have a STEEP roof, and they took the time to really make sure everything was in order. Hats off to Tom and the team!
**Update with Indoor Treatment: I noticed ants were starting to invade my master bathroom. I sent a picture to Ian and he showed up the next day to check. He suggested getting my indoor areas sprayed every few months. Since Ian has sprayed the first time, the insect problem has gone away completely! Clearly his product is working!!
Outdoor Mosquito Treatment: Just moved into a new house and noticed a lot of mosquitos lately in the backyard. I called Ian at Natural Roots and was greeted with professionalism and care for my yard and needs. He booked an appointment for me and came out right on time. Ian was able to answer all of my pest control questions with ease and made me feel confident in the service Natural Roots is providing. I love that everything they are using is natural and that their company provides a variety of services based on needs I may encounter in the future. I really wanted someone to help with mosquito control but wanted an eco-friendly solution. I have pets, garden and try to attract birds so I didn’t want to use chemicals. Natural Roots has provided safe and effective mosquito control, and it smells really good! We were so happy we began using them for indoor as well. Cannot say enough good stuff.
