Tyler, the technician who came to my home, was an absolute standout. He walked me through every step of the inspection, answered all of my questions with patience and kindness, and treated me like a person, not just another appointment on his calendar. Even though it was late in the day, he went out of his way to complete his recommended treatment the same day, which brought me immense relief.

Always a great experience with Sargent. Tyler is a great technician who is both thorough and courteous. Sargent technicians always explain what it is they are there to do, when the next scheduled appointment is and the services expected at that time, and always remind you they will follow up on any needs that arise in between their appointments.

In fact, last year, our technician, Tyler S., quickly prioritized treating our yard for ground wasps that had been stinging our dog and always asks about her when he comes to treat our home (and he did a GREAT job as these pests have not returned since). He has been hands-down the best by providing us detailed information and thorough care of our home while really taking the time to answer any of our questions/concerns. Tyler always does a great job!
