We receive excellent service from Arrow and our service provider Andrew in particular. He is one of the nicest people we’ve met since we moved here to Upstate SC from Florida. He is very personable, shows up when he is scheduled, calls us if he can come earlier than expected too. He performs his job with enthusiasm, attention to detail and thoroughness. We trust him, like him and want to keep him! We are very happy with Arrow Exterminator for our needs and have been offered service by other providers but want to stick with this company and with Andrew who is responsive to our needs.
