When our hot water heater tank needed replacing, I was given an appointment the very next day. John took out our old tank and installed a new one the same day.
Unfortunately once our water was turned on, our kitchen sink had 0 pressure. John came to our home 3 times this past week trying different ways to fix the issue. We ended up needing a whole new faucet and he made sure to schedule us an appointment next day (without me needing to call the office) to make sure we were taken care of.
I’m really not the one to leave reviews, but Mr. Rooter and John definitely deserved the 5 stars!!

FANTASIC company. They came out during a snowstorm on a Sunday when we had an emergency. While they were here i asked them to price a new hot water tank, faucet install, and some new pipes. They gave me a great price and came back the very next day and installed everything in about 2 hours flat.
Make sure you ask for Joe A and Ray, they did a great job!
Mr. Rooter does wonderful work at a reasonable price. They waterproofed my basement last year and also installed a sump pump. Recently they just completed another job at my residences and I couldn’t be happier. Ray and Joe A. did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter as well as Ray and Joe.

Joshua and he’s crew were amazing! They did a great job and we’re very polite and cleaned up after themselves. They were very knowledgeable and would answer any questions we had along the way!
