Sam is exceptionally professional and friendly. He always explains what he will be doing. We own a new home and want it protected from seasonal pests and Action Pest Control, through Sam, does an exceptional job at this.
I spoke with Chandler about a brown recluse problem in a home we were about to move into. Chandler was very understanding and empathized with my concerns about the spiders since we have two small children. She was able to get an inspection set up for us for the next day, which was a Friday. Misty came and did our inspection on Friday and was very knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. She got us scheduled for the following Monday to have someone come spray. Seth came to spray our home and was very thorough and friendly. He told us what to look out for and to call back if we have any further issues or don’t see any improvement. We had a wonderful experience and couldn’t be happier with the service we received every step of the way.
Sam, our technician, is the best! He has always been prompt, polite and extremely professional!! We will always call Action when we leave town.
