Called Matt in the morning and he was our rural home by noon. He walked around the outside of the house and found a mouse entry point that we had been searching for for several months within 20 minutes of arriving. Showed us where the problem was and offered an easy solution. We were VERY impressed by his professionalism and practical approach and that he didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need.
