We had our first appointment, they were on time and very thorough. Our tech planned to leave some ant bait stations but he was out in the truck. He called and informed be he would be back the next day with the stations and sure enough they were on the porch the next day. I appreciate the clear communication and attention to detail. For the price this company provides a lot more than others at the same price point.

The inspector, Cameron, was extremely professional and thorough in his inspection of my home. He helped to educate me about what he was looking for. He was very thorough which made me feel great about the report of No termite activity.
Have a contract with American Pest for quarterly visits to my property to fill 6 bait stations placed around home and barnyard. Last 2 visits have been “new” service reps. Neither knew what to do when they came. I told them what was to be done. Last guy came last week of Oct. Said he was”here to spray the foundation”. I informed him that I didn’t need that to be done because I have bait boxes which needed to be filled. I went back inside to finish what I was doing. When I finished and looked outside he was gone! I knew he hadn’t been there long enough to fill stations so I went to check. The boxes had not been touched! I informed Am.Pest about incident when they sent follow up service text. They said “ they were sorry” & proceeded to send me a bill for $154.22 ANYWAY!! I called another pest contractor to give a quote for same service. He opened each box with his key and boxes were empty a week after “service call”. I was correct! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I won’t be using them in the future.
