Do NOT use American Pest Control. They are buying up all the local and reliable pest control companies and it is now impossible to reach your local pest technician. All calls and appointments are routed through a call service. ALSO do NOT sign up for their termite program. You will never be able to get personal service even when the termites come back.
American Pest is amazing! I have them come for termite protection and they are very thorough in setting up my appointment and completing my inspection. I always get a email with a copy of inspection results. I am now having Mosquito/Tick protection done. Again American Pest is wonderful to work with for protection in my yard. Again they keep me well informed and answered all my questions. I highly recommend you to give them a call!
Requested service. They work basically 9am-6pm for appointments No weekends. So you have to work around their schedule. To pay them?!
3 hour window, took day off waited 2 hours into window called to see where tech was. Ooops he had flat. Too bad. They didnt call. They offered to let me take another day off, to lose more time and money so I could hire them. WOW what a deal!! Find someone else. They probably charge to much but I can’t verify that cause they never kept the appointment. They dont work late, they didnt even try to send someone out. They definately an American Pest.
I was very pleased with the time my technician took answering my questions and then tending to the spots where the carepanter bees had been burrowing etc.

American Pest is dependable. Attendent has been servicing us for several years. No complaints at all.
