My technician did an excellent job. He did all the treatments even the ones that they were not provided for me before. I’m very surprised that was not done that on my property before and he explained that that should be done every time. It was very polite.
On today I received excellent service from Active, the company that handles pest and bug extermination at my home. The technician who visited was not only extremely professional and courteous but also demonstrated a high level of expertise.
What stood out the most was how helpful he was in providing valuable information on how we, as homeowners, can complement the company’s efforts to achieve the best results. This was information that had not been shared with us previously , and it was greatly appreciated.
Most of the interaction was with my husband, who is very detail-oriented and places a high value on excellent customer service. Even he was thoroughly impressed and rated the technician very highly for his professionalism and the quality of his service.

Locks you into misleading deceptive contracts and harass elderly customers. Do not use them. Horrible service. Literally yelling at 80 year old women who ask them to please stop the service as they can’t afford the bill. The employee on video continuously said they have a contract.
Your sales man was charming and your employees are friendly, but your products don’t work, and you won’t stop scheduling me 30 day services when I’ve called to stop them. I don’t need you every 30 days!! Ive been charged for service never received. Because they were rescheduled and DIDN’T HAPPEN. I’ve been waiting out my 2 yr. contract to be able to cancel but now I’m wishing I just paid the cancellation fee 3 months in when I realized I signed with the wrong pest company.
Jason is always great every time we have an appointment. Arrives on time and lets us know what will be happening and follows up on any issues he noticed after the treatment. He remembers our problem areas and pays special attention to them which I greatly appreciate.
