Dalton did my service today and 10/10 recommend. He communicated when he was on his way, did a walk through with me to confirm what I needed done and went above and beyond to accommodate. I was having some issues with mice in my backyard sunroom and he investigated all of the cushions, pillows, etc. to find out that there was a big mouse actually living inside one of my couch cushions. He removed the mouse and cushion, cleaned up the area and treated the room appropriately. Thanks again, Dalton!!
I have used Aptive for a few years. I did suspend my service over the winter. As spring has started, I was already seeing bugs. I called and restarted the service. They were here at the day and time I needed. They let me know when they were on the way so I could get my animals inside. Once they arrived, I met them and walked around the property and told them the issues I was having. Kari was very professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend Aptive to all my friends and family. I won’t pause the service again!

The customer service at this company is absolutely horrible. When they come to the home they rarely notify you that they are there by knocking or ringing and discuss what they are doing and ask any questions. I signed up for a 12 month agreement for 6 services. They came for 3 of those 6 services during the winter months which is pretty unnecessary in this climate. Then they continued past the 6 services in the 12 month period and continued to charge and stated that that’s how they operate and if I didn’t want a further service it was my responsibility to call and cancel it before the service since they use an auto scheduler system regardless that the contract I signed was for 6 charges. The initial signing was a smooth experience and a complete downward spiral from there. Highly recommend against ever considering this company in any manner.

A younger man came to my door. I told him we weren’t interested after he said he’d come back later. He then proceed to say that he’ll just “turn it off then” and walked away.
We don’t do business with this company. Our neighborhood has NO SOLICITATION, but yet they get an attitude with me when I tell them we’re not interested.
