So I asked these people to come and just do a s simple consultation. This dude btw said he would follow up which he never did. He came and assessed the situation and provided me some white sticky traps and some bait. He claimed this Bait will Attract them but since the adult roaches are the ones that will be attracted to the traps there will be Hundreds of babies to follow.. I don’t have much longer at this apartment and honestly they weren’t even CLOSE to being this bad before I called these people if I could do it again i would have never reached out to them

Appoointment was made to give quote. No show and no call to let us know time had been changed. When called to see if anyone coming, Keri was VERY rude and when I tried to explain that if the time was not being met all that was needed was a call to let us. Her statement was that I was rude( I guess for expecting them to meet their time frame?) and it was only a quote and they didn’t have to even do it. Well guess WHAT? They won’t and I will make sure anyone that asks me will be told how RUDE and disrespectful they were!
They will come out to your home start treatment without your consent then mail you a bill.. smh first off I only requested a inspection for possible pest control services contract… I had several pest
control companies who inspected my home.. I was shopping around for a professional honest company. Instead their use of forced sales tactics was not a desirable company i trust to provide services. . I spoke with the owner in a attempt to resolve without success.
