I have a new technician and both times she has been assigned to my town she calls me to ask if I can meet her earlier. The first time I said “no” and she kept my appt. time. The 2nd time I said “no” again but this time she didn’t keep my appointment time she said I would have to either 1. Reschedule 2. Just have the outside sprayed and forgo the inside or 3. She could do the outside then and she would have someone sent out tomorrow to do the inside of my house after 430 (which is when all of my appointments are for). Not that I was thrilled about that bc that left me rearranging what I had planned after work for the next day. But, I took that option. Well, the next day nobody contacted me or came to my house to spray the inside. So I paid for a service that I am contracted on but only received half of what I paid for. The technician is a nice girl but I don’t want to be asked too leave work early or risk not having the job done completely, or have to always have an outside spray and inside spray appointment. I like Azura this past year that I have been using them and as of now, I will continue to use them. Hopefully the will speak to their technicians and I won’t be met with this on a regular basis. For the record, if something had come up? I get it. You can reschedule me. I even get, hey it’s nice out. I’m young, I want to go hangout. But if that’s the case keep your word to you customer and ensure that someone is coming to finish their house the next day. If not, be a person of your word and you come back and finish the job. If that’s a little much, which i can see it being at least call your customer and say I’m sorry I couldn’t find anyone. I’ll have the scheduling people contact you too set a day and time to come out and finish the job. You don’t leave your customer sitting home from 430 to 800 pm waiting on a technician to come out, that’s poor business. I also didn’t like that she kept saying “if you choose to reschedule” to the point where i said “I’m NOT choosing to reschedule. I don’t want to. You’re calling me and telling me what my options are.” I also told her that I didn’t want it written on my account or wherever that I chose to reschedule.

I would not recommend this company. I have been with them for 6 months and they have not honored the contract we agreed to. When we signed up, the sales member lied and did not fully describe what we were signing up for. I have also personnel witnessed the same company doing my neighbors house and spraying only around 1 side of the house. Scheduling through them is awful. They call 20 min prior to arriving and do not give 72 hour notice when they will show up. For 6 months, I have paid 50$ a month and they have sprayed inside my house once.

After reaching out to a manger a few months ago, I stated all of the issues I have had he said they were under new management and their operations were changing, and they no longer have the same salesman. However, the scheduling issue has not changed.

They have called before to tell me they are coming out, (twice in six months), however the lady I spoke to said they were doing a terminate inspection, which I said I did not need and told her I wanted them to spray inside. The service provider arrived a day later and said he did not have the equipment to spray inside and was only doing a termite inspection.

Absolutely thrilled with my tech Brandon! He’s always on time and does such a nice job on application outside and inside the home! I specifically request him every time because I know he does excellent work!
