It has been 4-5months, I have not heard from them or gotten a return phone call. Now I am worried that my 10 year warranty will not be honored if something happens. I don’t know what is going on but don’t book with them.

I was initially was very happy with the service received from this company. They came in, fixed my sewage line and some other necessities.
Pros: They were fast and efficient, available to answer any question I had. I was on a serious time crunch with guests coming the following week and they were able to accommodate the time schedule and complete the job prior to them arriving. The crews were friendly, the lead Alex always had a smile on his face and explained all the steps that he would be doing for my home. So far, there have been no issues and I am confident in the work that they did, that even fixed what someone did prior.
Cons: The overall cleanup after the dry wall phase was not well done. Particles of dry wall etc (hurts to walk over)were left all over my bedroom floor and carpet. My garage, which was the staging area for the dry wall, now has splotches all over and mud that is difficult to remove. My access to my water shut off valve was left open, it was put back weeks later but I am unsure if they did that or someone else. I also have been calling to follow up on a few things we discussed but unfortunately have not gotten a response back. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
In general, great work, friendly crew, a few things to work on when they are at the finish line.
Kris was super helpful in providing insight into what we should be looking for from a faucet and sink replacement standpoint. Going with Atlas for this job was a no brainer. We are excited to see how it turns out and will post pictures when complete. Update: Kris and Carlos did high quality work and we are super pleased. See photos.
This company was exceptionally quick to respond to my pluming problem. Arrived with 45 minutes of my call. The technicians were equally as responsive, friendly, professional, competent and quick. Big job, in and out in less than 3 hrs. Initially, I thought the estimate for the job was high, but on comparison with other companies and private service individuals/handyman on Craig’s List, it was virtually the same. I went wirh these guys because I had then assurance of a guarantee.
Kris and Carlos did a fantastic job getting a very bad blockage cleared from our kitchen sink. It’s no fun having a clogged drain but they arrived when they said they would and had the problem solved in under an hour. Very grateful customer here!
Carlos was great! He assessed our issue & gave informed analysis of how it may have happened which is greatly appreciated (not everyone tells us the how/why). He also gave options of what we could do to fix while also considering in mind cost to us, which was another major appreciative sentiment. The job isn’t done yet, but we look forward to the last part of the fix soon. We particularly like him because of his service!
