DO NOT use for home pest inspection. He missed an active powder post beetle infestation on floor joists in the crawl space. He only looked at the crawl space area with a flashlight from out side the actual crawl space. He didn’t even bring the proper tools with him and had to return with them to finish the job after an argument I had with him.
Luckily my whole house inspector has previously found the damage and active infestation so I was aware of it. And, I was able to immediately correct the banfax inspector when he told me there were no wood boring insects in the house.
Upon returning and actually doing the job properly he found and treated the area. I have zero faith that he even looked at the rest of the house and told him he has no credibility with me.
Find a company with good reviews that will do the job correctly and 100% the first time.
