We recently received a bill from our property management company forwarded from this company of $1,000 for a one-time bat removal from our attic. The exterminator went called said that they would install a one-way valve back in September, He also said that once they come out the bats would not return. They did not install anything. I recently went back up into the attic and bats are still there. I will include pictures today of the bats as proof that this company is gouging and not doing their work as per their word. We attempted to call today August 19th 2024 and they said that there would be no partial refund. I know for a fact that this company is used by rental management companies and I will be reaching out to the one that manages my properties to let them know what this company is doing. Because of their non-service and their greed, Not even offering a partial refund I can understand maybe 250 to $400 or even half of our $1,000 to be kept for their time They are not offering anything! We spoke to ty the exterminator 8/12 then Kathy 8/15 which said that they would call us back and they never did and then ty again today 8/19. If this company does not rectify this financial gouging with non service within an acceptable period of time I will make sure that I talk to my property manager to let him know. I’m sure he would be interested to know that the exterminators that are going out to the properties he or he is managing isn’t doing their job correctly. I will also be offering substitutes for him. We are tired of calling these people and trying to get a partial refund This is not right. B. Duvall
Edit 1: It’s being looked into.
Edit 2: Someone messaged my GF yesterday and said they were in the area and they were going to check it out. I was at work and that’s what she relayed to them along with my number to contact me. No word from them yet. I’m not sure if I want to have them check anything out, especially if they’re going to charge me. They will have to clarify and be specific. Also, I’m not interested in additional work at this time. I’m interested in a partial refund. If they want to come in and verify that they left bats here that’s fine. I will show them.
Edit 3: No refund. Not even a partial, n apology nothing. I got rid of the bats myself. I will go to Dodson’s extermination from now on and I instructed my property manager not to let these people near my properties. You got me for my 1,000.00 B&C, but you only get me once.
Jed did an excellent job on his last visit. After not being there during the cold months, we detected very few dead insects. There was still evidence of mouse activity, so we were pleased that he reloaded the Bait stations. There was a big rain that occurred while he was servicing our property which led to him getting stuck in our front yard. Jed was very proactive and notifying us and indicating that he would fix the damage. That is much appreciated.
Jed is always polite, respectful and professional. We are completely satisfied with his work over the last several years. Thank you!
Jeb is always super responsive!! He takes the time to listen to our issues and helps resolve them quickly and efficiently! He even came on an unscheduled day because we had an unexpected critter in our basement.
