Today, yes, on Christmas day, I happened to spot a dead bug on my bed and became very concerned that it could be a bed bug. After some researches online, I was not sure and worried. I decided to find Pest Control company online and visit tomorrow probably without much sleep worrying. To my surprise, Bed Bug Guys says “Open” online. I made a call and Jeff picked up the phone and asked me to send him a pic and he would get back to me right away. And he did and confirmed it was not a bed bug! What a relief, specially on Christmas day! I am now writing this review and very grateful that he picked up the phone and being honest about the bug and helped out right away without any gimmick. Thank you!
We found the Bed Bug Guys and were so relieved they could show up right away. They were serious about the job, very experienced and extremely efficient. Was a terrific option going with them to addressing our needs.. to have a trust worthy provider that was patience. We are very happy with how this worked out.
Everything went really good and we are nolonger stressed out about the bed bugs after this because Jeff is experienced as they come.

We thought we had bed bugs so we contacted Jeff at Bed Bug Guys. He asked us to send pictures of the bugs. We did that twice with different pictures. He told us we did not have bed bugs. He called us twice and was so helpful in answering questions and giving us direction. I would highly recommend him.

Jeff was amazing!! I called today because of a bug problem in my car. He could have definitely taken my money and ran with it, but instead he told me an easy solution to fix the problem on my own.
