Ashley is very caring and attentive to my concerns and took time to do research for my concern. She honestly admitted that my Concern was not related to their services but still wanted to make sure that my concern was important to her and the company and gave suggestions to help me resolve my issue. Would definitely contact them for their services.
I had several issues with Black diamond. The woman running the office, Ashley, that says she is a supervisor when calling, is anything but pleasant or helpful. They give you a price and then the technician has another one the day they show up. I had to reschedule my appointment due to my child being in the hospital on Sunday. They aren’t open on Sunday, so we called in Monday morning. They now want a reschedule fee and if I won’t sign a contract they won’t come back out. Miss Ashley wants to talk over you and then tell you she is no longer offering you service. Due to their “customer service agent”, I will find service elsewhere.
I had a rodent problem in my shop and I talked to a gentleman named Chase who gave me some great ideas on how to fix my problem and save money in the process. He advised me that if I couldn’t do it on my own he would gladly take care of the problem. Super polite and great to work with. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend to anyone!
