Cody did an excellent job at finding the source to our bird issue! He was able to change out our exterior vents to prevent birds from re-entering as well as remove a bird that had fallen into the wall of our house and got stuck. He was so easy to work with and full of knowledge! Highly recommend!
Both Cedric and Cody were absolutely wonderful to work with. After we had a bat’s get into our attic 1 year after having them removed we knew that we needed to get a second opinion on how to keep them out, as we had lost faith in the original company. Cody Davis/Blue Ridge has provided outstanding service to help manage my problem with chipmunks & the damage they were doing around my property. I can rely on Cody to be here like clockwork & provide feedback on what he finds. I recommend this service to anyone who needs help with critter problems.
Every step of the process, from the initial consultation and proposal with Cedric, to the installation of ridge vent protection system and bat cones and inspection and sealing of all suspect areas by Bailey and Sam, and the removal of the bat cones and cleanup and sanitization in our attic by Sam, exceeded our expectations. The bottom line is we have had no evidence of bat intrusion since Bailey’s and Sam’s first visit!
The level of knowledge, expertise, execution, and professionalism by everyone at Blue Ridge Wildlife has been outstanding. Not only have I been recommending them to my friends and neighbors, I have also asked them to begin taking care of our insect and deer control treatment. I highly recommend them!
Cody helped us remove birds from our attic. He also fixed the bathroom exhaust fan duct and vent cover that had allowed the birds access to the attic. He needed to make multiple trips and coordinated with me for each visit. Overall, Cody was very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. I fully recommend Blue Ridge Wildlife & Pest Management.
