We have had the BEST experience with Blue Star Pest Control. Not only did we hire them for our rental property but we also hired them for our new home! James, the technician, is so nice and professional. He takes the time to explain how everything will work, what to expect and how to contact them if we need services between appointments. Danielle, in the office, handles all of my billing questions and never seems to mind my multitude of calls. They service inside and outside our home along the pool area. James was extremely thorough and explained his process very well. He took time to address every concern and was very communicative. He was kind, and very professional.
