    Hi, I’m not sure if the sales rep oversold me on the service or if the tech didn’t complete everything that was promised. The whole visit took about 15 minutes, and all I saw on my cameras was him spraying around the perimeter — about two feet out from the house.

    I was told granules would be applied throughout the yard, and that the eaves would be treated for bees. Neither of those seem to have been done. I was also told to clear out my cabinets so gel could be applied behind them and on the hinges, but the tech just said he’d spray and that was it. So we spent all Friday night and Saturday morning prepping for a service that never happened.

    The spray did help some, but I’m still seeing ant mounds and bees starting hives, so it didn’t take care of those issues either. I don’t really have photos, other than the ants, but I’m just feeling like I either wasn’t given the full service or was misled on what to expect.

    If another tech needs to come out, I’d need to clear everything out again, and honestly, this all should’ve been done right the first time.

    I got serviced by this company for a year now and I am happy with the customer service, easy to reach and schedule additional maintenance service at no additional cost since I had a contract for the whole year. They automatically come out every other months. Today the technician was Carlos and he did a good job de-webbing outside of my big house. I was surprised that he extended the tool all the way up to my second floor window to clean out all the spiderwebs outside of my windows! Great service! I’m very happy!!

    I was very satisfied with the service provided by the Brooks technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. This was my first service and I am hopeful that the products are as good as expected. The salesman was very persistent. That’s a tough job, however, be careful with being transparent and honest with what you say and mean. Things are not like it use to be. People are very mindful when it comes to their coins. With the current administration, times are difficult. You will loose your reputation fast by being manipulative and untrustworthy. We worked through our misunderstanding, but slow down and be authentic. Justin was kind and patient. Doing what he was trained to do. He is good, if he deals with some who don’t know better. May need to revamp your pitch and verbiage a tad bit team.

    The tech arrived, knocked on the door introduced himself. He asked if I had a concerns before he gets started. I told him that there is are webs on the porch and in the back yard deck. After he worked for a bit and sprayed the house foundation. I saw that the webs were still on the porch. I asked him to redo the porch lights and crown molding. He only knocked down the webs on the lights. Molding still had webs.
    I then noticed a package was delivered on the porch and when he sprayed the house he sprayed right over the package. I advised him to NOT to spray on customers delivered packages. It would be smarter much nicer thing to respect the customer & advised him/her of the delivery or push it out of the way and then spray under it. In the mean time my son came home and he picked it up the poisonous wet package and walked in the house with food in his hands. FYI, If my son gets sick of any way we are going to have an issue. The tech even saw my son pick up the package and he didn’t say a word no warnings ‼️
    In my option the tech is disrespectful, unaware of his surroundings, don’t care about the customer or what he is doing on customers properties. Safety should be your company number one rule. You wouldn’t want someone getting sick from what your company did to a customer.

    He did apologize before he left and
    I advise him that he should treat everyone like it his mother, father, sister and as its his own house. I don’t think he would like it if his packages were covered in poisonous spray either. Tech had no emotions.

    I didn’t see him check for the rat (poison in the trap) in the back behind the garage or spray with the backpack around the property & garage.
    BTW spiders continue to build webs, not sure if the service is working that’s the reason why I rated as overpriced. Thanks

    Andrew was great! Super cool and easy to talk to. He handled everything professionally and made sure the job got done right. You can tell he cares about his work and about making sure the customer is satisfied. Definitely appreciate the positive attitude and how personable he was throughout the service. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing work done!
