Allen came out within just about an hour from the time we called him! We had a wasp nest up at the peak of our roof and he sprayed it and took it down. He was very professional, knowledgeable about wasps, and polite. We highly recommend him!
Allen Thompson (the Bug-Off business owner) came by the house yesterday to give me an overview and estimate. Today he treated the exterior and gave me a lot of tips on keeping the pests at bay. He is extremely thorough, priced reasonably, conscientious in his craft, and very personable. He’s earned my business for sure!

Great experience! Allen is great at what he does and goes that extra mile. He sprayed and got rid of some wasps that were around my house, and put together a tool in order for him to be able to reach a nest that was at the top of my house. Although it looked very difficult to remove, he got it done! Appreciate his quick response to my call. I was so impressed that I had him add me to his list of recurring seasonal customers.
Lovely experience. We moved into our house in December and were told it was treated for termites, but we were unaware where the issue was. Then we started having issues with black ants, so I called Allen. He fit us in a few days later. He checked out the house, showed us where the old termite damage was and how to keep an eye on it, and explained how to keep the ants from coming in. The issue was mild and Allen didn’t need to spray, so he didn’t even charge us. His advice and reassurance are invaluable and because of his honesty, we will call him for any issues that we do have arise.
