Justin was great to work with for our creepy crawling issues! I messaged Bug Off around 1 am and he responded within 10 mins – I was expecting a reply by at least mid day to say the least! From that point on he was crazy fast to get us scheduled (even when my husband wanted to treat vs having someone come out Justin gave us tips and told us what to stay away from ) he has stayed in touch to make sure we are happy with the service and is so nice !
